Template (CMS) Websites
The most common type of website we design is a cms website. Cms is a website designed around a template system and is fairly easily updateable afterwords by a customer with basic knowledge. They are also much quicker to create and thus the cheapest type of website. The most common cms system by far is Wordpress. Wordpress has by far the largest number of paid or free themes (Templates) for different industries. There are also a large number of paid or free plugins to add extra functionalality such as ecommerce. Although there are many more such as Joomla, Drupla and Concrete etc. We can also offer basic training for wordpress if a customer requires it to alter a created website. There are many advantages to a cms website such as fast creation, easier to change or update etc. but there are also disadvantages. Because a large proportion of websites use a cms such as wordpress it is also more prone to security vunerabilities. As long as you keep your themes, plugins and code updated then patch any vunerablities as soon as possible there are usually no problems. Again we also offer a wordpress update service. A cms is also usually slower to load than a custom written website but if you host on our CDN enabled worpdress hosting then speed difference will be negligable
